Our Meaning
Dianthus is a flower that resembles the elegant crystalline structure of the C1 complex targeted by our lead complement therapy candidate, DNTH103 (pictured left).
The name comes from the Greek words dios (“of Zeus”) and anthos (“flower”), as Greek mythology says the flower was created to transcend the beauty and aroma of the lily.
It is a fitting symbol of our mission to create next generation complement therapeutics that transcend the limitations of current therapies – we are driven by this potential!
